I was an overweight teenager. I started dieting at 18!  I committed to the right way at 40!  I know how you feel.

25 years struggle

How fight the stubborn mind is by doing the thing you do not want to do. If you don’t want any to workout then go for a 10 min walk regardless of how you feel. Overcome that mind.

Stubborn mind

Eating a bunch of fruit is not healthy
- not eating enough is not healthy 
- eating way too much on the way weekends 
- too much processed food 
- no veggies in your diet is not good 
- you must have balance. See nutrition under extras

It hurts me

Let this video be a reminder. When you hear the “ can’t do it” or it’s not working or you lose motivation or anything else that stops you. Let this be a reminder to FIGHT that noise. No one can do it. Those who do chooooose to fight the noise in their heads.

At the time I recorded this it started with 180 people watching the stories, and at the end 45 people finished that allows us to see how difficult it is for anyone to work on their mind to watch something because it’s painful.
