This was my first 39 mins with you. Was quite a work out for me. Got not muscles in my legs but I modified it and my legs were like jello at end. I made it thru. Feel good. 👍

It was great but the last exercise on the beginners lower workout it doesn’t show the other leg. So I did it on my own.
