Im SO happy you're here! Welcome to my app where I am dedicated to helping you reach your full potential and to be a good steward of your body through the disciplines of nutrition and fitness. You were made for more, so lets start living like it! Through my own health struggles and gut issues, running D1 XC/ Track in college, completing an Ironman/current hybrid athlete and working as a nurse, The Lord has given me a passion and knowledge of health and fitness to help empower you to get to the next level. I am ALL about balance, so here you will find a variety of different workouts including my personal training regimen, recipes, motivation, and community of like-minded people to do it with. Every choice we make and habit we create either pushes us closer to where we want to be, or pulls us further away. And the choice is ours. How we do one thing, is how we do everything. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
