I have been a trainer for 10 years and first feel in love with fitness when I was in 6th grade training for track & field. I remember running up mountains and hill and loving the feeling of fresh air filling my lungs. All through high school I played sports; soccer, volleyball and started discovering CrossFit when I was in 9th grade. As someone who is easily bored with a fitness routine, I fell in love with the variety that CrossFit offered. I trained all through high school and completed in CrossFit for 5 years. When I graduated I became a P.E. teacher and loved the element of helping people see what they are truly capable of.
I have taught thousands of fitness classes, written training programs for hundreds of people and coached many clients with nutrition. It is truly my passion in life to see you change your life through fitness and nutrition.
