Here, you’ll find the workout of the week, posted every Monday! Do this workout on any day each week to supplement your active lifestyle. The focus of the workout of the week (WOW) will be on gaining and maintaining strength, so that you can perform your favourite activities to the absolute best of your abilities. These are the exact same workouts I will be doing, so follow along with me! Since the WOW will only be posted 1x/week, each workout will be full-body and focused on simple functional movements, using basic equipment. Since all levels can follow along, I will not be posting percentages. Please use weights that will challenge yourself (add a little more than last week!) and are safe for your ability (know your limits!). If you want to supplement these workouts with more time in the gym, check out my other collections! The focus of each WOW will be the first exercise. Challenge yourself to go as heavy as you can while maintaining good form, and rest as needed between sets. Then follow the rest of the workout as written! Equipment required: squat rack, barbell, dumbbells, resistance bands, bench, kettlebells, pull-up bar, box, cable machine

You need a gym membership, or a home gym that has minimal standard workout equipment. You may modify exercises if you do not have equipment, however you may not gain the intended benefits of the program. You also need a positive attitude and dedication! Just show up!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
The workouts are designed for all levels Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form. Be patient, you will get there! Intermediate: challenge yourself by increasing the reps. The goal here is to get stronger! Always keep form the #1 priority! Advanced: increase weight and/or reps… and STAY FOCUSED ON FORM!!
