What do I need to participate? You need a gym membership, or a home gym that has minimal standard workout equipment. You may modify exercises if you do not have equipment, however you may not gain the intended benefits of the program.
You also need a positive attitude and dedication! Just show up!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The workouts are designed for all levels
Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form. Be patient, you will get there!
Intermediate: challenge yourself by increasing the reps. The goal here is to get stronger! Always keep form the #1 priority!
Advanced: increase weight and/or reps… and STAY FOCUSED ON FORM!!
