Love doing upper body days pretty much stuck with 12s and 15 the entire time today feeling good feeling strong. I will be restarting summer ready next week because I didn’t work out yesterday. I just wanted to start fresh next week so this week I will probably just be doing all of juice and Toya’s workouts and I love it.

Birthday week I decided to make my own workouts for the week since I know what I wanna work on and what I want pumped so Toya is upper body is amazing! My triceps are shaking and that’s exactly some thing I want to work on
