Booty growth Monday’s !!! Went with lower weight but progressively overloaded with each set and I am feeling really strong and really good and I could feel my Glute muscles activated and working

Booty Thursdays! Definitely focused on growth lifting heavy. I haven’t picked up my 60 pound in a minute and I did drop squats with it! Also kind of altered the Bulgarian section and I can definitely tell that I’m putting in the work. My form is getting better. I feel better. It’s still hard, but I can see my muscles as I’m working.

I did it! It’s been a while since I’ve been able to do a Gluth Friday and I wanted to quit. I’m so exhausted but I pushed through A powered through. I did body weight for Bulgarians cause I really need to build my form up again and I stuck with 25 for my heaviest 15s for my lightest and I feel good. I know I put in that work. And I have to if I wanna have a sculpted beautiful body Sabrina you have to put in the work. It’s not gonna come easy for you. You need to rest. You need to eat well and you need to work hard just like thisespecially on today’s like today when you didn’t want to do it Sabrina you have to work.

My first booty workout of 2025🥳😤 this was definitely brutal. I didn’t think I was gonna pick up my 60 pound but I did and I’m proud. I’m exhausted and I’m ready to incorporate this every week again. I’ve missed it. Fresh start challenge was amazing. I am still doing it now, but incorporating my Glute days. Thank you Toya for this.
