Hardddddd I did only three rounds today. My knees are killing me.

Too much load on knees and lower back, even wrists. I’m 37 and in very active shape but I have arthritic knees and a lower back injury. High rep lunges/squats/deadlifts are killer on my knees joints and low back. I’ve reinjured my back doing some of these workouts because of so much emphasis on high rep deadlifts and good morning or even ski swings.
