30 min AMRAP

As many rounds as possible for 30 min. Find a good pace you can stick to during this time.

- Let your upper body down to the ground with help of your arms - NOT a push-up! 
- Push yourself up 
- Jump and reach your hands over head

Burpee

- Start in a wide stance position
- Sit back into one leg/Glute
- Push up through that same leg
- Shift over time the other side
- Reps per side

Lateral Lunge

- Stand on hands and feet with hip up in the air
- Lower your head toward the ground and push back up through your shoulders
- Come as low down as you feel comfortable

Pike Push-Up

- Start in a High plank on your hands
- Drive on knee toward opposite elbow
- Alternate sides 
- Make sure to keep your hip low/leveled with upper body
- Reps per side
