Volume 4 is a progressive overload program maximizing strength! We will put an ultimate strain on your muscles, causing them to grow. To make this happen, I will have you repeat these lifts for four weeks (or longer, depending on your goals). Progressive overload is the most effective way to encourage muscles to grow.

What To Expect:
- 4 weeks of progressive overload programming
- 6 workouts per week
- Select either a home or gym version
- 90-120 minutes workouts
- Each week, the weight you lift should increase by .5-2 lbs

ADVANCED PROGRAM!
If you are a beginner, I recommend starting with volume 3, then working your way up to Volume 4.
