4 Weeks
Volume 4 is a progressive overload program maximizing strength! We will put an ultimate strain on your muscles, causing them to grow. To make this happen, I will have you repeat these lifts for four weeks (or longer, depending on your goals). Progressive overload is the most effective way to encourage muscles to grow.
What To Expect:
