Volume 1 will maximize your time in the gym and peak your results. You can plan on cross-fit style workouts with insane intensity. You'll start with a focused lift at the beginning of every workout, followed by 40 minutes of full body. Plan on 60-120 minutes daily for this program. Volume 1 will test your fitness level and help you become stronger daily. What To Expect: - 4 Weeks of Progressive Training - 6 workouts per week - Swaps for all fitness levels - Gym-specific but flexible for home
