I am a 34 year old Father of 3 working full time in supply chain and distribution. I am a former teacher, coach and trainer with a passion for fitness and providing a positive, optimistic outlook on all things. I have been working out at home since my son was born 5 years ago and while I miss the gym - I have been able to build up an incredible basement gym set up. During this time I have also fallen in love with running. In the last 5 years I have run over 5,000 miles. I am looking forward to sharing my lifting, running and core workouts to inspire and help your fitness journey!
Goals
This training plan will help you develop lean muscle with more repetitions. Adding more weight to each exercise will help bulk and add muscle mass. This is a well rounded basic body building routine that will focus on every major muscle group.
Training Requirements
Most of these exercises can be done at home with minimal equipment. Within a gym setting - all equipment should be readily available (Dumbbells, Straight Bar, EZ Curl Bar, Medicine Ball, Exercise Ball, Flat Bench, Adjustable Bench, Kettle Bell)
