Get strong and athletic while training for a fast 5k!!

8 week program. 5-9 workouts per week. Running, lifting, mobility, plyometrics and injury prevention movements. Plus modifications, scheduling and training tips, and motivation from me! 

This program combines my unique style of functional training with a 5k running plan. 

You will know exactly what to do, and when to do it. Modifications and scheduling tips are also provided in case you need to make adjustments to the plan. 

This is not a typical “hybrid athlete” training program. It’s much (much) more. Instead of just focusing on hypertrophy and endurance, we also focus on strength, mobility, speed, injury prevention, and overall athleticism. 

It’s not hybrid training. It’s athlete training. 

There are between 5-9 workouts per week. Some days are hard, others are easy. And some workouts are optional. For example, one day may include an upper body workout followed by an optional 30 minute run. 

The program builds for 6 weeks and then strategically tapers for 2 weeks in an effort to promote recovery from the cumulative demands of training and unlock peak athletic performance on race day. 

Note: You don’t have to be training for a 5k race to benefit from this program. If simply want to get into great shape (meaning look, feel, and move better) then this is a great program for you!
