That depends on what you consider “hybrid training.” Yes, we will be running and lifting, but that’s not all. We will also be doing plyometrics, mobility drills, injury prevention movements, and athletic conditioning.
In my opinion, this is not a typical “hybrid training" program, it's much (much) more. Instead of just focusing on hypertrophy and endurance, we also focus on strength, mobility, speed, injury prevention, and overall athleticism.
I prefer to call this style of training "functional hybrid training." But at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter what you call it. If you want to get stronger, look better, run faster, AND move well, then this is your program.
