Didn’t realize a workout with such little equipment could be so brutal 🔥 the burn is real.

- Feet shoulder width 
- Squat down as deep as possible keeping back straight 
- Push through your heels

Bodyweight Squats

- Push through the balls of your feet
- Engage your calves as you go up

Standing calf raise

Body weight squats/ calf press

- Stand with your feet close
- Step back into a reverse lunge 
- Stand back up to the starting position
* Work both sides

Bodyweight reverse lunges

Standing calf raise (single)

Reverse Lunge/ single leg calf raises

-Keep a slight bend at the front knee
- Come straight down until your reach shin height 
- Pull back up

bulgarian split squat

- Stand with feet shoulder width apart
- Lower in to the bottom of a squat pushing your hips back and down
- Stand up out of squat to full hip extension keeping your chest up

Air squat to squat jump

Bulgarian split squats/ squat jumps

Felt very weak and drained today. Once I got to the push ups I didn’t have the strength to get myself up or to keep pushing through
