This was a nice, non complicated work out.

James Comrie

- Maintain a tight core and use full range of motion 
- Slightly tuck your elbows  
- Engage your chest as you come up

Flat dumbbell press

- Squeeze arms togther in front of your belly button
- Maintain a tight core and get a good stretch

High cable fly

- Grasp the handles and maintain a neutral wrist position with your wrists in line with your forearms
- Push the handles outward to full extension but without locking out the elbow
- Pause briefly at full extension then return to starting position

machine flat chest press

- Bend at the elbows to lower down, keeping your feet forward of your body
- Keep your elbows close to your body and your torso tipped forward 
- Extend your arms engaging your chest to push up

Bodyweight dips

- Grab the bar with your palms facing forward
- Lean back slightly, keeping your chest up 
- Bring the bar down to your upper chest engaging your lats throughout the exercise
- Pause and return to the initial position

Lat pulldown

- Support yourself using your opposite arm
- Row dumbbell to your hip while retracting your shoulder back

Single arm dumbbell row

- Bend at a 45 Degree angle with you back arched. 
- Pull using your lats and not your arms
- Chest up at the bottom of the movement

Weights weren't that heavy but reps ranges over a slow movement give a nice muscle burn.🙂

this is my first training with you, so I don't have a complete insight into the training plan. but I would add upper back exercises to this workout instead of this few shoulder exercises
