Do the warm up first.
Complete all sets of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise.
Finish the last set of every exercise as a 12-8-6-4 drop set.
Complete 12 reps immediately drop the weight by 20%, then complete 8 reps.
Drop weight by 20%, then 6 reps, drop weight by 20% then 4 reps.
Rest 60 seconds between sets.
Finish the workout with the cool down.
