Do the warm up first.
Complete a 20 sec set of jump rope then rest 10 sec.
Repeat this interval sequence for a total of 8 times (i.e. 4 minutes).
Rest for 2 minutes, then repeat for the number of rounds as indicated by your fitness level:
BEGINNER: 2 rounds (8 mins)
INTERMEDIATE: 3 rounds (12 mins)
ADVANCED: 4 rounds (16 mins)
Finish the workout with the cool down.
