About the program

Welcome to BAB2! ๐Ÿ‘ (BUILD-A-BUTT 2.0) This is a 9 week program designed to lift, firm, tone & plump your booty. The follow along videos are done at Home with no equipment, but if youโ€™re advanced & prefer to train at the gym you can do so by adding weights or machines to most of the moves. ๐Ÿ‘- Follow the 4 Phase 1 {P1} workouts for 3 weeks ๐Ÿ‘- then move on to the 4 Phase 2 {P2} workouts for the second 3 weeks ๐Ÿ‘- & finish with the 4 Phase 3 {P3} workouts for the final 3 weeks. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’—- use the 3 different Booty Cardios {All Phases} 2x per week during each phase either on the same day as lifting (after the workout) OR on the rest days. In just 9 weeks youโ€™ll be noticing a much smoother more beautiful toned bum. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜
