How to schedule the program into a week?
We’ve laid out the 30 day workout schedule into an easy to follow day layout. That way you know exactly which workout to do, on which day.
What do I need to participate in this program?
All you need is your bodyweight and masking tape to create an agility ladder (we have a video to teach you how to make a ladder in less than 2 minutes). If you already have an agility ladder, you can use that instead. A jump rope is also optional. If you don’t have a jump rope, we teach you how to do the exercises without one.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These metabolic workouts are challenging, however if you’re a beginner, we also include a beginner workout and modifications to help you progress.
