These are the EXACT workouts I did during my pregnancy and are written with the intention to GUIDE you as you navigate your fitness journey through each trimester!   • Safe modifications to protect your growing belly, diastasis, and pelvic floor
  • 150 sessions that are 45-60 minutes long with scaling options for all skill levels
  • Sessions are typically broken into multiple pieces & are a mix between CrossFit, Bootcamp, and HIIT
  • Modifications for a home OR gym setting (Dumbbells are needed for home settings)
  • Bodyweight Cardio alternatives available if you don't have access to a cardio machine
  • Video Demos + Written explanations for each movement to protect your diastasis/pelvic floor
  • Coaching on how to breathe through each movement + Stretches for 3rd trimester
  • A personal note from me on each workout that hopefully connects with where YOU'RE at in your journey

What to expect from the Baby Momma Workout Program

I did these workouts from week 4 through week 36 (delivered week 37) and I absolutely loved them! Each workout was challenging enough to keep me motivated to move during my pregnancy but suitable for all trimesters. I was easily able to modify workouts to be at home with dumbbells, a treadmill and stationary bike. I cannot wait to do them again for my next pregnancy!

Plus, I'll walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! You'll need at LEAST dumbbells! We have workouts you can do at home or in a fully outfitted gym! There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
