This is an advanced 9-week commitment for those in search of a serious challenge. This program can take your current strength, endurance, and mobility to new levels.
The original Action Hero Jacked series was featured in Men’s Health Magazine and due to its popularity, we decided to expand on the original with this new and improved evolution 2.0 challenge series.
This program will require time, effort, and energy with adherence to a proper mobility/rest/recovery routine to achieve optimal results.
Again, this program is not for everyone we have numerous easier options inside the app based on your ability level. But if you are looking to transform your physique and are committed to challenging yourself in your training, nutrition, and recovery this program was built for you.
What do I need to do this program?
- Gym access is HIGHLY recommended. It would be ideal to have nice gym access but not 100% required if you have a stacked home gym setup.
- What you will NEED tier 1: DB’s, Bench, Foam Roller, Mini Bands, Lacrosse/Racquet Ball or similar.
- Ideal Equipment Needed Tier 2: Barbell, Pull-Up Bar, Dip Bar, KB’s Furniture Sliders, Treadmill, Assault Bike
- I will suggest equipment swaps and modifications throughout the program as needed, but ideally you would have access to most, or all, of the above equipment listed.
