Love all of these workouts. Had to modify a bit with jumping jacks and “air” jump ropes since I did not have access to a rope. But still a great movement workout.

Modified burpees to DB push-ups. Struggled even with very light DB’s on skier but I did the 35 minutes that’s what matters
