What Are The Odds? 

I recently recorded a podcast titled “What Are The Odds?” on the Jeremy Scott Fitness podcast click here to listen in more detail. 

What I was digging into was the miracle and odds of us being born as humans. 

Statistically the probability of you being born in this era of time in this location is nothing short of a miracle. 

Let me explain… 

Take the odds of you being hit by lighting: 1 in 576,000 

Take the odds of you getting dealt a royal flush in poker: 1 in 649,400 

Take odds of you wining the lottery at $340 million: 1 in 175,000,000 

Now take the odds of you being born a human in this era….. 

1 in 400,000,000,000 

That my friends is 400 TRILLION to 1 ….. WOW!

400 hundred trillion to one is the chance of you being born a human in this day and age…..let that sink in. 

That my friends is a miracle if I have ever seen one. 

You are not here by mistake, you are here for a reason, you have a calling and a gift to give to the world. 

My point: STOP wasting your life working, worrying and stressing out about stupid sh*t that doesn’t matter. 

Focus on things that make you happy, bring true value to your life and fill your cup on the deepest of levels. 

I will never tell you how to live your life, but what I will tell you is to STOP for a second and really understand the miracle you have been give by just being alive and being YOU.

So crazy that eating healthy and wanting to be fit is seen as being extreme.
