This was a great message. I’m midway through the 10 week program and unfortunately picked up and injury. I’ll still be able to train, but I won’t be able to do everything the program asks for. Really stinks but it does give me a chance to be proud of how far I’ve come in the last 4-6 weeks. I’ve learned that the only want to truly be successful in my fitness journey is to take it one day at a time.
