About the program

This program is available in my subscription. You will get instant access to this program plus 8 other workouts programs and over 100 grab & go workouts. One Day Strength is a 12-week strength training program designed for busy people, beginners or anyone who feels overwhelmed trying to fit in 2-3 strength workouts into their week. This program is built around one full body strength workout per week! Each workout should take around 40-45 minutes. We are focusing on functional movement and sticking to the basics! You will perform exercises that will help you feel strong for REAL LIFE! The goal of this program is to help you realize that consistency matters more than perfection. This is a three phase program! You will follow the same workouts for four weeks in a row. I will be adjusting rep ranges every two weeks. THE GOAL: ✅GET CONFIDENT WITH STRENGTH TRAINING ✅GET CONSISTENT WITH STRENGTH TRAINING ✅PROGRESS & LIFT HEAVIER OVER TIME!

      I’m a beginner, is this for me?
      YES! This is for ALL LEVELS! Workouts are simple and easy to follow.
      What do I need for equipment?
      I recommend having 3 sets. One light set (2-5lbs) , one moderate set (8-12lbs) and one heavy set (15-20lbs+).
