I'm on road visiting family in Sydney for easter over the next couple of weeks, so don't have access to weights and decided to undertake this bodyweight program. So far so good... managed to burn 387 calories in 32mins. I'll take that. 💪

The warmups and cool downs are a game changer as I’m recovering from a recent knee sprain and many yrs of martial arts related wear and tear on my body. Really looking forward to the coming wks of this program!
