Hi I’m Jasmin Lopez and Welcome to my page! Im so excited to have you working out with me! I got into fitness 7 years ago when I started Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and it helped me lose weight, tone up and boost my confidence. Experiencing this change and development I wanted to share it with other people.
For the last couple years I have been training as a Muay Thai Fighter, alongside this I have been teaching beginners the techniques and exercises that come with the sport.
I have discovered the importance of physical training and mental training as vital for everyone (beginner or athlete) to a better way of life. I have a very positive and motivating outlook and I want to share the ways in which Muay Thai has made me grow into a stronger and more confident woman.
Martial Arts is a great way to lose weight and improve your overall fitness because it burns calories, targets your whole body, allows your to learn a combat sport and it’s fun!
All the workouts I will be sharing will be bodyweight workouts which you can do anywhere and will not need any equipment.
