Hi I’m Jasmin Lopez and Welcome to my page! Im so excited to have you working out with me! I got into fitness 7 years ago when I started Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and it helped me lose weight, tone up and boost my confidence. Experiencing this change and development I wanted to share it with other people. For the last couple years I have been training as a Muay Thai Fighter, alongside this I have been teaching beginners the techniques and exercises that come with the sport. I have discovered the importance of physical training and mental training as vital for everyone (beginner or athlete) to a better way of life. I have a very positive and motivating outlook and I want to share the ways in which Muay Thai has made me grow into a stronger and more confident woman. Martial Arts is a great way to lose weight and improve your overall fitness because it burns calories, targets your whole body, allows your to learn a combat sport and it’s fun! All the workouts I will be sharing will be bodyweight workouts which you can do anywhere and will not need any equipment. If your someone that is looking for an alternative way to getting fit and is eager to learn a combat sport then these workouts are definitely for you!
