Blake

Bent Over SA Rear Delt Row

- Hinge at the hips and grab kettlebell, pushing your butt back
- Swing kettlebell back between legs
- Drive hips forward and let kettlebell rotate outside your wrist finishing in the front rack position
- Reverse the motion 
- Work both sides

KB clean (single)

Holding KB upside down in SA (single arm)

Overhead press with elbow in front of you

Overhead press with elbow to the side of you

Front press then side press = 1 rep

Split Stance Inverted KB SA Front&Side Overhead Press

- Keep a slight bend at the elbow
- Raise your arms until you reach shoulder height 
- Lower with a slow and controlled movement

Seated side lateral raise

- Pull the cable towards your face with elbows flared outward engaging your rear delts and upper back
- Slowly return back to starting position

Half-Kneeling Cable Rope Face Pull

-Hinge forward slightly
- Holding the Ez-bar with an overhand grip, keeping a slight bend in your elbows
- Raise the bar forward and up to shoulder height - Lower the bar with control
