Description: Shoulders 02/02/2023

- With back supported hold two dumbbells at your shoulders 
- Press the dumbbells up to full arm extension
- Lower them to the starting position

Dumbbell seated shoulder press

- Lay face down on incline bench 
- Keep a slight bend in the elbows
- Raise the dumbbells up until your arms are in line with you shoulders
- Lower with control back to starting position

Dumbbell seal rear delt fly’s

- Keep a slight bend at the elbow
- Raise your arms until you reach shoulder height 
- Lower with a slow and controlled movement

Dumbbell lateral raises

Superset 1

-cable in high position
-pull attachment towards your face focusing on rear delts
-pulling elbows away from each other through entire movement

Half-kneel cable face pulls

- Hold the handles in front of your body
- Raise your elbows up and to the sides, pulling the handles towards your chin and away from each other 
- Pause at the top, elbows no higher than the shoulders
- Return the cable back to starting position with control

Cable standing d-handles upright row

Superset 2

- With the outside arm, cable across the front your body
- Maintaining a slight bend in your working elbow, raise your arm up to shoulder height 
- Pause, and then slowly lower the weight back to the starting position 
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Cable leaning single arm lateral raise (front)
