Blake

- Start with a barbell on your upper back
-Engage your core
- Press hips back and lower down until your glutes touch the box
- Press through heels and stand back up

Barbell box squats

- Feet hip width apart
-Bring feet forward a little so you are leaning slightly backwards
- Lower with a controlled motion
- Push through your toes up and backwards into the bar

Smith Machine Squat

- Start with a shoulder width stance
- Keep your back on the pad as you lower down
- Reach as low as comfortable and push through your toes extending your legs

*Last set decrease weight by 50% and go to failure*

Hack squat 45degree machine

- Begin by standing both feet on an elevated surface 
- Step one foot behind you and lower down until your back knee touches the ground
- Press through the front foots heel to stand back up
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Deficit reverse lunge at hack squat machine

-Sit on fan bike to where when you pedal your knees do not full extend
-Pedal backwards for quad focus
