Deana

- Stack your shoulders hips and heels over each other
- Don't allow yourself to lean forward, keep your chin and eyes up
- Sit your hips back and down until you reach parallel 
- Push through your heels to stand up

Barbell front squat

- Start with the barbell on your upper back
- Place one foot on the bench and move forward a few inches so the knee is bent to 90 degrees
- Push hips back and lower down until knee just touches the floor
- Push through your heel and stand up

Barbell Bulgarian split squats

- Holding kettlebells at your sides, chest lifted and shoulders back
- Place foot up onto the box and push through your heel to stand up
- Bring the other leg up
- Step down and repeat 
- Work both sides

KB step ups

- Keep your heels together
- Lower with a controlled motion
- Push through your heels to go up engaging your quads

Plie squat (smith machine)

10-20% incline @ 1.5-2.0mph

You can hold on to hand rails if needed

*You can do 5-20 minutes based on your time*

Backward walking on incline treadmill

- Begin with rope in both hands and elbows bent 90 degrees
- Extend elbows and engage triceps

Cable rope triceps extensions

-with cable rope in high position 
- hinge forward at the hips and perform a tricep extension
- Allow for a good stretch and contraction
