Blake

- Push through your heels raising your hips off the ground
-bring knee that is opposite of arm with dumbbell
- Engage your glutes at the top
- Press the dumbbell up engaging your chest 
- Lower with a slow controlled motion
-Repeat on opposite side

Dumbbell SL bridge SA chest press

- Start with your arm at 90 and press up until you reach full extension
- Keep your core tight
-repeat on opposite side

Half-kneel Single arm KB overhead press

- From half kneeling position hold the rope on the outside of your leg
- Exhale and lift the weight diagonally across your body
- Twisting to the until the rope is above your head
- Control the weight back to the starting position
-Repeat on opposite side

Half kneel cable rope low to high rotations

- Place your feet on an elevated surface 
- Bend at the elbows to come down 
- Engage your chest as you come up

Modify as needed
-regular push up
-incline push up

Decline push up
