Blake

- Slowly lower the bar with a slight bend in your knees, hinging at the hips and keeping your back straight
- Lower weight until you feel a slight stretch in your hamstrings
- Drive your hips forward and use your hamstrings to power back to standing

Barbell RDL

- Step Forward so you are slightly leaning backwards
- Lower with a controlled motion
- Push through the balls of your feet to go up engaging your quads

Plie squat (smith machine)

-Lower down with control 
-go as low as possible

Hack Leg Press

- Start with a shoulder width stance
- Keep your back on the pad as you lower down
-step backward with opposite leg
- Reach as low as possible and push through front of your foot extending your legs to stand up
-repeat on other side

Single leg hack squat machine

- Sit on the machine with the pad at the bottom of your shin 
- Extend one leg engaging your quad
- Pause at the top and lower slowly 
- Work both sides
