Blake

- Keep your core tight and chest up 
- Engage your lats
- Drive through your heels
- Reach full extension
- Pause at the bottom to avoid momentum or bouncing

Increase in weight until the 3 sets of 5.

Trap bar deadlifts

- Place your feet in a low and narrow stance on the platform
- Keep your back on the pad 
- Push through your mid-lower foot to push the platform

-On last set decrease the weight by 50% and go to failure

Leg press - low/narrow stance

- Start with a barbell on your upper back
- Press hips back and lower down until your glutes touch the box
- Press through heels and stand back up

Barbell box squats

- Come down keeping a neutral spine 
- Keep a slight bend at the knee
- Come down slow to feel stretch in hamstrings
-Control back to upright position

Weighted single leg RDL

- Stand in a narrow stance with your heels elevated
- Perform a goblet squat using a dumbbell
- Repeat for desired reps
