- Keeping your chest lifted, sit your hips back and down as you lower to parallel
- Push through your heels to stand back up

Half Kneeling Single Arm Lateral Raise

SL Box Squat & SA Lateral Raise Superset

- Hold the kettlebell at chest height
- Step to one side pushing your hips back and down
- Keep your opposite leg extended
-Stay in the low position and transfer from one side to the other 
-Return to standing position 
-perform desired reps and then
- Repeat in the opposite direction 
-4 in each direction

Lateral goblet lunge around the worlds

- From a seated position, bend forward bringing your chest to your thighs
- Keep a slight bend in the elbows
- Raise the dumbbells up until your arms are in line with your shoulders engaging your rear delts
- Lower with control back to starting position

Dumbbell seated bent-over reverse fly

Goblet Lateral Lunge Around the World & Rear Delt Fly

- Start with a shoulder width stance
- Push your hips back and down
- Keep your knees in line with your toes and your chest up
- Reach parallel
- Extend your legs to come up

Reverse Lunge at Hack Squat Machine

- Stand with a band under your feet and grasped in both hands
- Keeping a slight bend at the elbows 
- Raise your hands laterally and up to shoulder height 
- Lower your hands releasing the tension from the band
