- Start with feet wide and toes pointed out
- Engage your lats
- Pull the bar up keeping a neutral spine and upper body tight
- Reach full extension with your legs 
- Keeping a flat back lower bar to ground

Sumo deadlift

- Keep a slight bend at the elbow
- Raise your arms until you reach shoulder height 
- Lower with a slow and controlled movement

Dumbbell lateral raises

Hack press

-pull the cable towards your face
-push your elbows away from each other through entire movement

Cable face pulls

Legs & Shoulders Superset 2

- Stand in a narrow stance with your heels elevated
- Perform a goblet squat using a kettlebell
- Repeat for desired reps

KB heels elevated narrow stance goblet squat

- Hold the handles in front of your body
- Raise your elbows up and to the sides, pulling the handles up
- Pause at the top, elbows no higher than the shoulders
- Return the cable back to starting position with control

- Position foot midway on platform
- Lower slowly and push through your heel

15% incline @ 1.8mph

You can hold on to hand rails if needed
