Blake

- With two kettlebells in the rack position lower into the bottom of a squat
- Stand up out of squat to full extension
- Repeat for reps

KB front rack squats

- Stand holding a single kettlebell in the racked position
- Step back into a lunge keeping chest up
- Step back to the starting position
-10 reps per side

Kettlebell front rack reverse lunge

Lunge to the side with KB in rack position

KB single arm front rack lateral lunge

- Hold a single KB overhead at full extension 
- Alternate back and forth doing stationary lunges
-Switch arms at 8 reps

KB single arm overhead lunges

- Slowly lower the KBs with a slight bend in your knees, hinging at the hips and keeping your back straight
- Lower the KBs until you feel a slight stretch in your hamstrings
- Drive your hips forward and use your hamstrings to power back to standing
