Blake

- Place feet higher and wider on the platform
- Keeping your back flat against the pad
- Lower your legs towards your chest
- Drive through your heels to press back to starting position

Increase weight every set until last set of 20 where you will decrease to a weight you can achieve 20-25 reps

Leg press (glute focused)

- Place your upper back on the edge of the box 
-Hold kettlebell on waist
- Bring your hips up engaging your glutes

Elevated Kettlebell hip thrusts

- Stand in a wide toed out stance on two parallel elevated surfaces
- Hold a heavy dumbbell between your legs in front of you
- Lower into a squat, reaching the dumbbell toward the floor
- Stand up to full extension

Elevated dumbbell sumo squat

- Hold the dumbbell at chest height
- Step to one side pushing your hips back and down
- Keep your opposite leg extended
- Push through your heel to return to starting position
- Repeat on the opposite side

Lateral goblet lunge w/ dumbbell

- Sit in a hamstring curl machine adjusted to you
- Curl the weight with your hamstrings slow and controlled
- Pause at the bottom
- Slowly return to staring position
