Blake

- Start with feet wide and toes pointed out
- Engage your lats
- Pull the bar up keeping a neutral spine and upper body tight
- Reach full extension with your legs 
- Keeping a flat back lower bar to ground

Sumo deadlift

- Begin with DB in both hands
- Step forward with a long and wide step and lower down with control 
- Push through the front heel and stand back up to starting
- Repeat with the opposite foot

Dumbbell alternating lunges (glute focus)

- At extension equipment 
-Hold a weight at your chest
- Raise and lower your upper body engaging hamstrings and glutes

ONLY FOCUS ON MAXIMALLY SQUEEZING GLUTES
DO NOT ARCH LOWER BACK

Weighted Hip Extensions

- Keeping your feet aligned with your knees 
- Push out your legs against the pads 
- Ensure your movement against the resistance is smooth and controlled

Hip Abduction machine

- Sit in a hamstring curl machine adjusted to you
- Curl the weight with your hamstrings slow and controlled
- Pause at the bottom
- Slowly return to staring position
