Blake

- Start in a push up position with hands elevated on DB’s/KB’s
- Lower your chest to the ground as far as you can go
- Straighten your elbows to press back up

Deficit push-ups

- Start with kettlebell on the ground in front of you
- With chest lifted and core engaged bend at the waist
- Lift Kettlebell off the ground allowing it to swing between your legs
- Drive your hips forward propelling the kettlebell forward and up
- Stopping just in front of the shoulders 
- Allow kettlebell to swing down and back between the legs
- Moving immediately into the next rep

KB swings

- With a single kettlebell perform a squat and then kettlebell push press
- Repeat for desired reps
-10 reps each arm

Kettlebell single arm squat to push press

- Holding a kettlebell in one hand and extended overhead
- Take one giant step back 
- Drop your back knee towards the floor until both legs are bent at 90 degrees
- Stand back up to the starting position
-Alternate legs
-10 reps each leg

-Switch arms each set

Kettlebell overhead alternating reverse lunge (single)

10-20% incline @ 1.5-2.0mph

You can hold on to hand rails if needed

*You can do 5-20 minutes based on your time*

Backward walking on incline treadmill
