- Lay with your back on the decline bench and a plate directly above your face
- Press the weight up towards the ceiling while lifting your body off the bench
-Lower back with control

Plate decline overhead sit ups

- Hanging from the bar, keeping your legs extended 
- Raise up your knees towards your chest
- Lower legs back down
- Avoid swinging

Hanging leg raises

-with cable at low position
- From half kneeling position hold rope shoulder width apart 
-Keep arms straight
- Use only your core to rotate diagonally across your body from low to high
- Twisting to the until the rope is across your body and above your head
- Control the weight back to the starting position

Half kneeling cable rope wood chopper low to high

-with the cable at the top position 
- From half kneeling position hold rope shoulder width apart
-Keep arms straight
- Use only your core to rotate diagonally across your body from high to low
- Control the weight back to the starting position

Half kneeling cable rope wood chopper high to low

-While kneeling
- From a high pulley grip bar or rope just forward of your face
- Roll your ribs towards your hips engaging your abs
- Bring your elbows towards your knees
- Slowly return back to starting position

Kneeling Cable crunches

- Lay on the floor with your legs bent
- Push through your heels bringing your hips up 
- Squeezing your glutes and core
-Not arching your lower back
- Slowly march your feet, alternating lifting your knees up
