Blake

- Grasp the handles and maintain a neutral wrist position with your wrists in line with your forearms
- Push the handles outward to full extension but without locking out the elbow
- Pause briefly at full contraction then return to starting position

Plate loaded machine incline chest press

- Grab the bar with a close overhand grip
- Pull down towards the top of your chest
- Keep your elbows close to your body 
- Engage your lats as you pull
- Extend your arms to return the bar to starting position

Close grip overhand lat pulldown

Chest & Back Superset 1

-Pulleys in high position 
- Start by standing tall, with feet staggered, and a cable handle in each hand
- Push your hands forward and down engaging your chest
-Hands should go just a few inches from your waist 
- Pause and let your arms return back to the starting position

Cable standing decline chest press

- Keep your core tight and chest against the pad 
- Row back and retract your shoulder blades

Hammer strength low row

- Start by standing tall, with feet staggered, and a cable handle in each hand
- Bring your hands together engaging your chest
- Pause and let your arms return back to the starting position

Cable standing flat chest fly’s

Upper Back Row

- Pull the dumbbell up keeping your elbow close to your body
- Engage your lat as you pull
- Keep your hips squared

Dumbbell renegade rows

- Start with your hands just outside the shoulders 
- Bend at the elbows to come down 
- Keep your core tight as you come down 
- Extend your arms engaging your chest as you come up
