- Grab the handles with your palms facing forward
- Lean back slightly, keeping your chest up                                                                                                                                                                                  - Bring the handles down engaging your back as you pull
- Pause and return to the starting position

Plate loaded machine lat pulldown

- Pull the attachment in towards your body with a wide neutral grip
- Keeping your body neutral and core engaged
- Elbows drive towards your hips, squeezing your lats and shoulder blades
- Pause at contraction then slowly return to starting position

Seated wide neutral grip cable row

- With the pulley set low on the rack
- Hinge forward slightly and pull the handle  back to your ribs engaging your lat
- Slowly reverse the movement back to starting position
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Cable standing single arm d-handle low row

- Grab the handles with your palms facing each other
- Stagger your stance and keep your chest up 
- Bring the handles down to your upper chest engaging your upper back and lats throughout the exercise
- Rotating your palms slightly towards your chest as you pull
- Pause and return to the initial position

Cable standing d-handle high row

- Holding the cable in front of you with your elbow bent to 90 degrees
- Extend your elbow engaging your tricep, pulling the cable across your body
- Bend at the elbow to return to starting position

Cable crossbody tricep extension

- Keep your elbows close to your temples
- Bend at the elbows to lower dumbbell down behind your head
- Extend your arms engaging your triceps to bring the dumbbell back up
