- Hinge forward to a bent over position
- Grip the v-bar and row it up engaging your back throughout the movement
- Lower the bar back down with control

Landmine bent-over row with V-Bar

- Grab the bar with your palms facing forward with a wide grip
- Lean back slightly to around 30 degrees, keeping your chest up                                                                                                                                                                                  
- Bring the bar down to your upper chest engaging your back as you pull
- Pause and return to the initial position

Wide grip lat pulldown

- Pull the attachment in towards your body with a wide neutral grip
- Keeping your body neutral and core engaged
- Elbows drive towards your hips, squeezing your lats and shoulder blades
- Pause at contraction then slowly return to starting position

Seated wide neutral grip cable row

- Stand tall, abs engaged and upper arms locked at your sides
- Press the bar down until your elbows are straight
- Bend the elbows to return to the starting position

Cable straight bar tricep pushdown

- Keeping your arms straight pull the bar down toward your thighs, engaging your lats
- Slowly reverse the movement back to starting position"

Cable bar straight arm pulldown

- With the pulley set low on the rack
- Hinge forward slightly and pull the bar back toward your ribs engaging your lats
- Slowly reverse the movement back to starting position

Cable standing low row with curved bar

-hinge forward at the hips and keep elbows above your head
- Engage triceps as you extend your arms
- Keep core tight
-Return with control

Cable Overhead tricep extension from high position

- Holding the cable in front of you with your elbow bent to 90 degrees
- Extend your elbow engaging your tricep, pulling the cable across your body
- Bend at the elbow to return to starting position 
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Cable single arm crossbody tricep extension
