Description: 11/12/2022 Shoulders

- Hold the bar with hands just wider than shoulder-width apart, wrists stacked over your elbows
-Stagger stance and lean forward slightly
- Keep your core braced and eyes looking straight ahead
- Press in to the bar and up towards the ceiling 
- Lower the bar back down to the starting position with control

Smith Machine shoulder press

-grab a post with opposite hand and lean towards working shoulder
- Press up to full extension and come down with a controlled motion 
- Keep core engaged

Single arm dumbbell shoulder press

- Keep a slight bend at the elbow
- Raise your arms until you reach shoulder height 
- Lower with a slow and controlled movement

Dumbbell lateral raises

- With your chest flat on an incline bench and a dumbbell in each hand
- Keep a slight bend in the elbows
- Raise the dumbbells up until your arms are in line with your shoulders engaging your rear delts
- Lower with control back to starting position

Reverse Incline dumbbell rear delt fly

- With the pulley set high on the rack
-in half kneel position
- Pull the cable towards your face with elbows flared outward
- Slowly reverse the movement back to starting position

Half kneel Cable rope high face pull

- From a seated position
- Raise the dumbbells forward and up to shoulder height
- Keep a slight bend at the elbows

Dumbbell seated front raise

-From seated position lean forward so back is parallel with floor
- Keep a slight bend in the elbows
- Raise the dumbbells up until your arms are in line with you shoulders
- Lower with control back to starting position

Dumbbell rear delt fly’s

- From a seated position
- Keeping a slight bend at the elbow
- Raise your arms laterally until you reach shoulder height 
- Lower with a slow and controlled movement

Dumbbell seated lateral raise
