Blake

- Place your feet in a low and narrow stance on the platform
- Keep your back on the pad 
- Push through your mid-lower foot to push the platform

Leg press - low/narrow stance

- Keep your chest up holding two dumbbells at your shoulders or at your sides
- Step forward and bring your back knee down until both legs are at about 90 degrees
- Step forward and repeat with the opposite leg

10 reps each leg

Dumbbell walking lunges

- Holding the end of the landmine bar in goblet position with feet shoulder width apart
- Push your hips back and down as you lower
- Reach parallel and push through your heels to stand up

Landmine goblet squat

- Stand in a wide toed out stance on two parallel elevated surfaces
- Hold a heavy dumbbell between your legs in front of you
- Lower into a squat, reaching the dumbbell toward the floor
- Stand up to full extension

Elevated dumbbell sumo squat

15% incline @ 1.8mph

You can hold on to hand rails if needed

Backward walking on incline treadmill
